Sensitive to clients’ differing needs and budgets, Ethnic Essence features a range of service levels, depending on how involved clients want to be in the planning process. Through comprehensive planning and immaculate implementation of decor, Ethnic Essence is completely customizable to your budgetary needs.

We offer 3 packages that can be further tailored to fit your specific needs and requirements. Each package includes the day of coordination; although, additional days for pre-wedding events can be added as needed.

THE GOLD PACKAGE

MONTH OF PLANNING

Have our specialized experts in your corner for the critical final month before your big event. For clients who are personally involved in detailing their events but require professional assistance closer to the event to ensure a worry free experience. We coordinate the last minute details required for your event to run smoothly as well as manage the day of.

Includes a minimum of 1 Senior Planner & 1-2 Associate Planners on day of, for up to 9 continuous hours. Prices will vary depending on the size of wedding, location and number of hours needed.

FEE RANGE: Starts at $5,000

*Additional $500 premium pricing for long/holiday weekend services
*Additional fees may apply for venues outside of the LA/OC area

THE DIAMOND PACKAGE

6 MONTH PLANNING

Complement your personal planning with expert support from our world-class specialists. For a 300 or lower guest count & those clients who have pre-selected a few key vendors but still need assistance with finalizing some vendors, agenda & timeline development and general assistance leading up to the event.

Includes 1 Senior Planner & at least 2 Associate Planners on day of, for up to 9 continuous hours. Prices will vary depending on the size of the wedding, location and number of hours.

THE PLATINUM PACKAGE

FULL-SERVICE PLANNING

Let Ethnic Essence take the reins to design and execute the perfect event, from start to completion. For guest counts (over 350) OR non-traditional venues that require greater coordination & planning. This package includes a minimum of 3 planners on the day of the event.  Our service starts immediately upon signing the contract.

Includes 1 Senior Planner & at least 3 Associate Planners on day of, for up to 12 continuous hours. Prices will vary depending on size of wedding, location & number of hours needed.

*THE PLATINUM PLUS PACKAGE

FULL-SERVICE PLANNING + special add-ons

For larger guest counts over 500 or non-traditional venue that requires greater coordination & planning. It includes a dedicated Bridal Attendant, a minimum of 4 planners and special requests for entertainment research or a ‘themed’ event. It includes assistance from designing invitations, to taking care of all requests until the end of the event. Our service starts immediately upon signing the contract.
